<strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>TransForce is seeking experienced Regional CDL A Drivers for a full-time driving opportunity based in Madison, Wisconsin. This role includes regional deliveries to locally owned businesses and customers throughout the Midwest, with occasional shuttle runs to Missouri.</p>

<h3><br />
<strong>Pay &amp; Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>$380 per day</li>
	<li>Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday</li>
	<li>Start times vary between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Central Time</li>
	<li>Schedule flexibility is required</li>
	<li>Approximately two overnight trips per week</li>
</ul>

<strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Regional routes throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Iowa</li>
	<li>Occasional shuttle runs to customers in Missouri</li>
	<li>Hardware products, with most freight palletized</li>
	<li>Heavy-touch freight</li>
	<li>Operate 28-foot to 53-foot tractor-trailers</li>
	<li>Day cab equipment with manual transmissions</li>
	<li>Electric or manual pallet jacks are provided</li>
	<li>Hotel accommodations are provided and paid for during overnight routes</li>
</ul>

<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate tractor-trailers on regional delivery routes</li>
	<li>Deliver hardware products to businesses and customers</li>
	<li>Perform touch-freight handling using provided pallet jack equipment</li>
	<li>Complete deliveries throughout assigned service areas</li>
	<li>Operate manual-transmission day cab equipment</li>
	<li>Follow all applicable safety and transportation regulations</li>
</ul>

<h3><br />
<strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Class A CDL</li>
	<li>Experience: 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
	<li>Manual transmission experience required</li>
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
