Compensation <ul><li>Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,440</li><li>Opportunity to earn more based on miles, stops, and overnights</li></ul> Additional Earnings Opportunities: <ul><li>$5,000 Sign-On Bonus </li><li>Safe Driving Bonus - up to $3,200 annually</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks <ul><li>No scheduled weekends </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) with company participation </li><li>PTO accrual up to 128 hours (16 days) annually </li><li>6 paid holidays, including 1 floating holiday </li><li>Safety footwear reimbursement </li><li>Pet Perks: Employee discount on pet food and supplies</li></ul>What You'll Do <ul><li>Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional delivery routes </li><li>Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers </li><li>Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery locations </li><li>Offload product using a pallet jack or hand truck </li><li>Lift and move products up to 50 lbs throughout the shift </li><li>Complete required paperwork and maintain DOT compliance records</li></ul>What We're Looking For <ul><li>Valid Class A CDL </li><li>Valid DOT Medical Certificate </li><li>Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience </li><li>Experience operating lift gates preferred </li><li>Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, MVR, and background check </li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li></ul>Ready to Join the Pack?
