Pay is based on verified experience. Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile. Pay is based on verified experience. Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received. Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850 $8,000 sign on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. CA, FL, LA, and MS drivers excluded. Must also have not previously received a sign on bonus from Covenant. Benefits Covenant offers a comprehensive benefits program.
