<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking a qualified CDL A Flatbed Driver to support local operations for our client in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with steady local work and an anticipated start date of July 8, 2026.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $29.00 per hour, plus overtime</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Start time:</strong> Between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li><strong>Employment type:</strong> Temp to perm</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate Class A vehicles on local routes.</li>
  <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and safety standards.</li>
  <li>Perform required handling tasks, including strapping.</li>
  <li>Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.</li>
  <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record, with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
</ul>
