<h3><strong>Local CDL A Driver – No Touch / Drop & Hook – $27.50 Per Hour</strong></h3>

<p>TransForce is seeking an experienced <strong>CDL A Driver</strong> to support local operations based in <strong>Lacey, WA</strong>. This is a <strong>temp-to-hire opportunity</strong> offering consistent Monday–Friday work, local routes, automatic equipment, and primarily drop-and-hook, no-touch freight.</p>

<h3>CDL A Driver Details</h3>

<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until completion<br>
<strong>Average Shift:</strong> 8–10 hours<br>
<strong>Expected Hours:</strong> 50+ hours per week<br>
<strong>Pay:</strong> $27.50 per hour<br>
<strong>Route Type:</strong> Local / Home Daily<br>
<strong>Freight:</strong> Wooden pallets<br>
<strong>Handling:</strong> No Touch Freight<br>
<strong>Operation:</strong> Primarily Drop & Hook<br>
<strong>Equipment:</strong> Automatic trucks; 53' dry vans and/or flatbeds<br>
<strong>Opportunity:</strong> Temp-to-Hire</p>

<h3>CDL A Driver Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Handle local truckload deliveries between customer facilities and the plant
	<li>Pick up trailers at customer locations and deliver them to the plant
	<li>Deliver trailers containing repaired pallets back to customer facilities
	<li>Perform primarily drop-and-hook operations
	<li>Complete required paperwork verifying pallet delivery and retrieval
	<li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate ELD logs and required DOT documentation
	<li>Operate equipment safely and in accordance with DOT, FMCSA, and company standards
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and operations
</ul>

<h3>CDL A Minimum Requirements</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A license
	<li>Minimum 2 years of previous commercial driving experience
	<li>At least 1 year of CDL A driving experience within the past 3 years
	<li>Dry van and flatbed experience preferred
	<li>TWIC card highly preferred, but not required
	<li>No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must successfully complete required qualification and road testing
	<li>Must be able to safely maneuver tractor-trailer equipment in customer and plant environments
