<p>We are hiring CDL A drivers in Royal, Virginia, at a pay rate of $0.65 per mile. This OTR position offers an average of 2,150 miles per week with no-touch freight hauling food items in a reefer trailer. This is a TransForce driving opportunity with real support from a dedicated team, ensuring you are treated like a priority.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $0.65 per mile
	<li>Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
	<li>Schedule: Sunday through Friday, starting at 05:00 AM
	<li>Layovers: 3-4 per week in a sleeper unit
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Driving OTR routes covering areas including Louisville KY, Cincinnati OH, Cleveland OH, and Harmony PA, with possible coverage of southern routes in North Carolina.
	<li>Operating a sleeper cab with trucks parked at the Ryder shop.
</ul>

<h3><strong>What You Need</strong></h3>

	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
