<p>Our client is seeking full-time local CDL A drivers for a dedicated position based in Port Wentworth, Georgia. This opportunity offers steady home time, no-touch freight, and competitive benefits. Drivers should be prepared to operate local, extended drayage, and regional routes as needed.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Pay rate: $27 per hour</li>
  <li>Full-time position</li>
  <li>40 hours per week</li>
  <li>Monday through Friday schedule</li>
  <li>Start times between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.</li>
  <li>Rotating Saturday work as needed</li>
  <li>Typical workdays are 8 to 10 hours</li>
  <li>Position starts August 24, 2026</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Route type: Primarily local and extended drayage routes, with regional routes throughout Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, and surrounding areas as needed</li>
  <li>Occasional overnight and over-the-road runs may be required based on operational needs</li>
  <li>Freight: No-touch freight</li>
  <li>Equipment: Manual transmission required</li>
  <li>Typical workload: 2 to 3 loads per day</li>
  <li>Employment type: Dedicated</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on assigned local and regional routes</li>
  <li>Transport freight in accordance with applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations</li>
  <li>Operate manual-transmission equipment</li>
  <li>Complete approximately 2 to 3 loads per day</li>
  <li>Maintain accurate delivery and transportation documentation</li>
  <li>Provide professional and dependable service while representing TransForce</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
  <li>Manual transmission experience</li>
  <li>Valid TWIC card</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
