Dry van freight demand supporting dependable weekly miles
Coordinated dispatch across established routes
Majority drop-and-hook freight
Late-model Kenworth T-680 automatic equipment
Steady dry van demand means more opportunity to stay productive, while coordinated dispatch helps keep the week organized. Jamie Tharpe Trucking is hiring CDL-A drivers in Philadelphia, PA 19101, for a dedicated position with steady miles, no-touch freight, and a dependable setup for time on the road.
What This Dedicated Position Offers:
Equipment You Can Count On:
Drive a late-model Kenworth T-680 automatic built for comfort and reliability. Dependable equipment gives you a better environment for the miles ahead and helps keep your attention where it belongs-on the road.
A Steady Week Behind the Wheel:
Earn $1,425-$1,625 per week while averaging 2,300-2,600 miles. Dedicated dry van freight and coordinated dispatch support a productive driving routine across established lanes.
Freight That Keeps the Job Simple:
Run 100% no-touch freight with a majority of drop-and-hook loads. Less freight handling means more of your workday is spent driving instead of loading or unloading.
A Schedule with Time at Home:
Drivers return home every other week for a full 48-hour reset. Two full days off provide time away from the truck before heading back out for the next run.
Support Beyond the Driver's Seat:
Multiple medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, a 401K plan with company matching, and life insurance benefits help support your health and financial future.
What You'll Need for This Position:
• A valid CDL-A license
• 6 months of OTR experience within the last 12 months or 1 year within the last 3 years
• A commitment to safe and professional driving
Our Evaluation Process:
Our staff reviews each submission and contacts applicants whose qualifications align with the position to discuss the next steps.
Jamie Tharpe Trucking is committed to a workplace that promotes equality, respect, and inclusion.
