As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, Sigma Continental is seeking safety-focused, professional drivers who value consistency, strong operational support, and well-maintained equipment. Our team operates across multiple FedEx markets with a focus on safety, reliability, and professional linehaul operations.

Unlike many carriers, Sigma provides 24/7 dedicated U.S.-based operations support staffed by personnel with real trucking and linehaul experience. Drivers have direct access to operations assistance at all hours for dispatch support, breakdown coordination, weather events, routing issues, and on-the-road problem resolution.
Current openings are for unassigned team positions supporting FedEx Ground linehaul operations out of Northampton, Pennsylvania.

Compensation:
Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
Up to .92 CPM (Team Split)
Earn $1,900 - $2,200 (Paid Weekly/Per Driver)

12 Months of Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within Last 3 Years, or; 5 Years Within Last 10 Years.
Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required - Must Have Endorsement Prior to Start Date)
Clean MVR
Ability to Pass Drug Screen
Valid DOT Medical Card
No Cell Phone or Texting Tickets
