• Essential Role: Transport milk between local dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants across Idaho and Utah-loading milk into empty trailers for return to the terminal and delivering it to processing facilities for further distribution.

• Competitive Pay: Hourly or load-based pay available, depending on the routes you choose and your availability.

• Annual Earnings: Drivers average $75K-$85K per year*

• Work Schedule: Home daily positions available, plus shuttle or rotating runs where you're home most nights with the possibility of an occasional overnight. Typical schedule follows a 5-on/2-off, then 5-on/3-off rotation.
