Proficient with straps, tarps, chains, and binders (40 to 50% of loads require tarping)
Clean MVR: no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years, zero Clearinghouse violations
Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen
