- $3,000 Sign on Bonus!
- $31.50 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr
- Average 1st Year Total Compensation: $70-$75k+ with wages and incentives
- Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs
- Available Shifts:
- 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday-Wednesday (12-hour shifts) - 1 hotel, overnight stay per work week
- 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Wednesday-Friday (12-hour shifts) - 1 hotel, overnight stay per work week
- 12 hour shifts, Thursday - Saturday, Start Time - 4:00 PM, 1 hotel, overnight stay required OR 12 hour shifts, Sunday - Tuesday, Start Time - 1:00 PM, 1 hotel, overnight stay required

What You'll Do:
As a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000-20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
- Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil
- Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs
- Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service
- Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards
What We're Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
- Strong safety mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of CDL - regulated driving experience
- Bilingual
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

- Limited to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations.
- Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years):
- No DUI/DWI convictions
- No speeding over 100 mph
- No other major safety violations
- Drug & Alcohol Compliance:
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire
