<p>Our client is seeking safety-minded Class A CDL drivers to haul high-value, consistent, year-round entertainment freight. This role offers modern equipment, stable income, and pay for every hour on duty, including loading, unloading, and wait or detention time.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

  <li><strong>Regional starting pay:</strong> $27.50+ per hour</li>
  <li><strong>OTR starting pay:</strong> $28.50+ per hour</li>
  <li><strong>Guaranteed hours:</strong> 160 hours per month</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> 40 hours per week</li>
  <li><strong>Pay frequency:</strong> Direct deposit every Friday</li>
  <li><strong>Sign-on bonus:</strong> $1,000, paid quarterly</li>
  <li><strong>Safety and performance bonuses:</strong> Awarded twice annually</li>
  <li><strong>Referral bonus:</strong> $500 per qualified referral who remains employed for 90 days</li>

  <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> 2025 sleeper tractors equipped with APUs and refrigerators</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Haul consistent, year-round entertainment freight safely and professionally.</li>
  <li>Complete thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.</li>
  <li>Maintain the safety, condition, and operational readiness of assigned tractors and trailers.</li>
  <li>Use proper freight securement methods, including straps and load bars, to protect high-value cargo.</li>
  <li>Communicate professionally with dispatchers, shippers, and customers.</li>
  <li>Assist with loading preparation and cargo securement as needed.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).</li>
  <li>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.</li>
  <li>Willingness and ability to run OTR routes.</li>
  <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary for cargo securement and loading preparation.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
  <li>Strong commitment to highway safety and professional conduct.</li>
