	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years

	<li>Must be at least 21 years old
	<li>Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles
	<li>Ability to follow DOT and safety procedures
	<li>Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
