Position Summary
The Excavator Operator will play a critical role in 
pool construction projects

Key Responsibilities
Operate excavators and other heavy equipment for pool excavation, grading, and backfilling.
Safely transport materials, machinery, and equipment using a CDL-A vehicle.
Read and interpret construction plans, site layouts, and project specifications.
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Ensure job sites meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and crew members to complete projects on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 
5 years of construction equipment operating experience
, preferably in 
pool construction
.
Valid CDL-A driver's license
 required.
Strong knowledge of excavation practices, grading, trenching, and site prep.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements
