We are hiring CDL-A Tractor Trailer Drivers based in Schenectady, NY for local and regional deliveries. Drivers return home after every shift, with multiple schedules available to match operational and lifestyle needs.

Job Overview:
We are hiring CDL-A Tractor Trailer Drivers based in Schenectady, NY for local and regional deliveries. Drivers return home after every shift, with multiple schedules available to match operational and lifestyle needs.
Position Highlights:
- Home Daily: No multi-day hauls
- Consistent Schedules: Start times available every hour, 4-day and 5-day schedules
- Modern Equipment: Fleet is 3 years old or newer; mostly automatic transmissions, some manual transmissions
- Local Deliveries: Primarily within the regional service area
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience (up to $116,000 annually for experienced drivers)
- Weekly pay with eligibility for additional shift-based incentives
- Full benefits package including:

- Paid time off and sick time (eligibility begins after 30 days)
- Six paid holidays per year
- On-site amenities: gym and café at distribution center

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age: 21
- Clean MVR and current DOT physical
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate late-model tractors on assigned local/regional routes
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure safe operation
- Load/unload freight using power equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and delivery points
