<p>We are currently seeking a Local CDL A Truck Driver in Plainfield, Indiana. This position offers the potential for <strong>yearly earnings between $72,000 and $85,000</strong>. The driver will be responsible for transporting touch freight, specifically mattresses, with routes varying each day.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

	<li>Pay Rate: $0.57 per mile - Up to $85K per year
	<li>Dispatch Days: Monday through Friday
	<li>Start Times: Average range from 3 AM to 8 AM
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: Local delivery, non-static routes
	<li>Freight Type: Mattresses
	<li>Equipment: Operate 2016 or newer single axle day cabs and sleeper cabs
	<li>Handling: Driver assists customer with offloading
	<li>Route Distance: Generally 280-450 miles per route/day with 1-5 stops

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

	<li>Assist with offloading mattresses - bring them to tail of the trailer
	<li>Utilize provided equipment such as 4-wheel carts and dollies for moving mattresses
	<li>Complete routes in one day; delays may result in layovers
	<li>Report any delays, breakdowns, or weather-related issues to dispatch
	<li>Maintain a clean motor vehicle record
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Valid CDL
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
