Route & Schedule Details
Regional runs throughout the Southwest
Average 
~
1,800 miles per week
Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset
Freight is no-touch
Mix of drop & hook (50-60%) and live unloads (40-50%)
Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias & Kenworth trucks
Reliable freight volume year-round
 
Pay & Incentives
Base pay: $.54 - $.60 CPM (based on experience)
$1,000 sign-on bonus
Detention pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours
Layover / breakdown pay: $100 per day
Performance bonus: Up to +3 CPM for safety, productivity & mileage

Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
