 $.60 per mile - $.55 per mile PLUS $.05 paid for miles north of MD & east of I-81 
 
 Salary: $65,000 - $93,000 per year 
 
 Average Weekly Pay: $1,250 a week (Top Earner made $1,800 per week) 
 
 Average Miles: 2200+ per week 
 
 Home expectations - home weekly

 Additional $.05 per mile in the Green Zone (north of MD & east of I-81)
