Driver Compensation and PerksEarnings:
 1200 - 1400 weekly average for experienced drivers 
Entry-Level Path: Paid 4-6 week mentorship program for new graduates (650 per week)
Sign-on Support: 300 orientation pay plus 15 per additional stop
Modern Fleet: Access to late-model, well-maintained equipment
Lifestyle Policies: Pet and rider programs available after training
Operational Schedule
Distance: Consistent 2500 miles on average per week 
Home Time: Predictable bi-weekly rotations (14 days out / 2 full days home)
Flexibility: Choice between day and night shift availability

To maintain our safety standards, all applicants must meet the following:
Licensure: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
Education: Completion of a 120 plus hour certified CDL training program
Age: Minimum 21 years old
Safety Record: No major violations or DUIs within the last 60 months
Screening: Must pass comprehensive DOT physicals, including hair and urine toxicology 
Verification: Stable and documented employment history
