Average Weekly Earnings: $1,600-$1,800
$26/hour with annual pay increases
$1,500 guaranteed weekly pay during the first 30 days
$500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid in full on the second paycheck
$3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
$250 per day for two-day paid orientation
Job Details
Haul 40-foot containers, primarily carrying banana freight
Shuttle loads between the Port of Wilmington, local yard, and distribution center
Operate primarily within a 15-mile radius of the port
No-touch freight
Consistent dedicated local routes
Port and container experience is not required; account support and instruction are provided
Shift Details
Home daily
Typical start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
Consistent local daytime work
Job Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Valid TWIC card
Minimum 21 years of age
Previous container or tanker experience
Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
Must pass a comprehensive drug test
Satisfactory driving, safety, and employment history
Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in port, yard, and local delivery environments
