The driver will operate independently and must stay on top of communication without being chased. This position involves hands-on, touch freight work, requiring the manual unloading of steel at job sites using bars and basic tools. Candidates should be comfortable working outside in all conditions and managing material safely.</p>

	<li>Coordinate with Columbus on loads and priorities
	<li>Occasional trips to Columbus and Cincinnati for loading and support

	<li>Communicate effectively about delays, job site problems, and load issues
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>6-12 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>CDL A license
	<li>Solid flatbed experience (securement and unloading) is a plus
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
