Job Responsibilities
Safely operate a tractor-trailer in all weather conditions
Transport materials to customer locations throughout Nevada and regional delivery areas
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Load and unload materials safely and securely, including forklift operation
Safely connect and disconnect trailers and piggyback forklifts
Maintain accurate electronic and paper logs, delivery paperwork, and fuel receipts
Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
Communicate professionally with dispatch, management, and customers
Ensure deliveries are accurate, on time, and signed for properly
Keep equipment clean, maintained, and road-ready
Troubleshoot and report minor mechanical issues as needed
Utilize GPS, maps, and delivery schedules efficiently
Maintain a professional appearance and customer-first attitude at all times
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Current Medical Card
Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
Clean driving record
Ability to pass background and Clearinghouse checks
Ability to operate safely in various weather and road conditions
Strong commitment to safety and customer service
Ability to lift up to 6 lbs occasionally
Experience with flatbed and mounted forklift experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
Full-Time
Regional Routes
Occasional overnight travel required
Overtime available during peak season
Occasional weekend work may be required
