A 10% dispatch fee applies after the first 6 months.</li><li>Optional Trailer Rental.</li></ul> Dry Van: <ul><li>10% of gross load.</li><li>Minimum $800.</li><li>Maximum $1,300.</li></ul> Reefer: <ul><li>$1,500/month.</li><li>Plus reefer-hour and mileage charges as applicable.</li></ul> Important: A refundable security deposit is required. Additional deductions may apply depending on equipment, insurance, permits, tolls, trailer rental and optional services.
