<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>CDL A Truck Driver for an OTR position in Weyers Cave, Virginia.</strong> This role offers a competitive pay rate of $0.62 to $0.65 per mile, with top drivers earning over $90,000 annually. The position is full-time and temp-to-hire, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $0.62 - $0.65 per mile
	<li>Average weekly earnings: $1,500 - $1,900+
	<li>Work Schedule: 5-day schedule (choose from Mon-Fri, Tues-Sat, or Sun-Thurs)
	<li>Start times between 5–7 a.m.
	<li>Optional Saturday shifts available
	<li>Guarantee of 48 hours off
	<li>Average shifts last 10–14 hours

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: OTR, primarily no-touch freight
	<li>Freight: Dry van routes across NC, VA, MD, NJ, DE, PA, OH, WV, with some routes in GA
	<li>Equipment: 53’ dry vans (both automatic and manual options available)
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Operate a CDL A truck safely and efficiently
	<li>Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies
	<li>Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate logs
	<li>Ensure the safe handling of freight
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A
	<li>1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Hazmat endorsement preferred; must obtain within 90 days of hire
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
