Compensation & Benefits
Weekly pay average: $1,655
(Typical range $1,630-$1,680 depending on routes and stops)
Regional runs (200+ miles): starting at 
$0.63 CPM
, increases with tenure
Local runs (under 200 miles): starting at 
$0.725 CPM
, increases with tenure
Stop pay: 
$20-$30 per stop
, depending on route type
Hourly/safety pay: 
$20 per hour
Paid training at mileage rate plus applicable stop pay
$100 per week added to paycheck for eligible situations
Paid Time Off: 7 days in the first year, 10 days after one year
401(k) with company match
