CDL A Driver - Touch Freight - $31.96 Per Hour

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Bethpage, NY

CDL A Details 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-10pm Start, 9-10 hour days

• Pay: $31.96 Per Hour, $1,300 - $1,400 estimated weekly pay.

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Medical supplies
• Equipment : Straight Truck, Tractor Trailer with liftgate deliveries

• Handling: Palletized and hand cart

CDL A Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 
  
  CDL A Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes. 

• Transport medical supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including, pallet jack or hand cart. 

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
