The Paid Training Program
Guaranteed Weekly Pay:
 $655 per week while you train.
1-on-1 Mentorship:
 3 to 5 weeks of hands-on mentorship with a veteran driver.
Midwest Lanes:
 Get comfortable running routes through IL, IN, MI, OH, and KY.
The Upgrade:
 Graduate directly into your own 
2022 or newer
 Freightliner or Kenworth.
Solo Driving Rewards (Post-Training)
Starting Pay:
 $0.56 CPM.
Average Weekly Gross:
 $1,400 - $1,500.
Top Performers:
 Earn 
$1,800+
 per week.
Performance Bonus:
 Up to an additional $0.08 CPM for safe, productive driving.
Home Time:
 Guaranteed home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34-hour reset.
Equipment & Lifestyle
Modern Fleet:
 Drive 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680.
Flexibility:
 Day and night shifts available; weekends and holidays are NOT mandatory.
Stop Pay:
 $15 per stop (excluding first and last).
Support:
 24/7 operations support-we're always just a phone call away.

 No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
