We have immediate openings for Class A CDL drivers and want you to join our team of drivers who have lifelong careers with us. Immediate openings in Monroe and Richmond Locations.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items, and safety issues, perform pre-trip, inter-trip, and post-trip inspections
• Ensure that delivery schedules are delivered as scheduled
• Retain all necessary documents for each trip
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods)
• Ensure compliance with Tucker Door and Trim safety and company policies
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Immediately report defects, accidents, or violations

• 18 months of proven truck driving experience within the last 36 months
• Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software
• No major moving or driving violations within the last year
• 18 months of class A commercial driving experience

• Pay by the hour, plus time and half over 40 hours per week
• Pay based off of ELD
• Layover per diem ($100 per layover)
• No more than two nights out per week
• Company paid hotel room on layover
• Monday thru Friday (no weekends)
• New model equipment
