<p>TransForce is seeking CDL-A (Direct Hire) Drivers to support Regional operations based in Sterling, VA. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Pay:</strong> $25-$30 per hour</li>
    <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Company operates 7 days per week; drivers will typically work a 5-day week, 1st Shift, regional &amp; local routes</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>Route Type:</strong> Residential &amp; commercial moving</li>
    <li><strong>Freight / Load Type:</strong> Furniture, moving boxes, etc.</li>
    <li><strong>Equipment:</strong> CDL-A tractor trailer, dry van, automatic transmission</li>
    <li><strong>Handling:</strong> Heavy touch</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate equipment on regional or local routes</li>
    <li>Transport items for residential &amp; commercial moving jobs mainly east of the Mississippi River and sometimes as far as Texas in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
    <li>Assist with loading/unloading; will have a crew of 1-5 helpers depending on the size of the job</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li><strong>License:</strong> CDL-A</li>
    <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li><strong>Clean Motor Vehicle Record:</strong> No major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years</li>
    <li><strong>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</strong></li>
</ul>
