<h3><strong>CDL A Driver - 3rd Shift - $30 Per Hour</strong></h3>

<p><strong>Location: Indianapolis, Indiana</strong></p>

<h3><strong>About the Position</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a Full-Time CDL A Driver for the 3rd Shift. This position offers a pay rate of $30 per hour + OT. The driver will be home daily, working Monday through Friday nights starting at 9:00 PM.</p>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Pay Rate: $30 per hour + OT
	<li>Schedule: Monday - Friday
	<li>Start Time: 9:00 PM
	<li>Daily Route Hours: Approximately 9.5 hours
</ul>

<h3><strong>Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Route Type: Local delivery in Indiana and surrounding Midwest states (primarily Ohio and Kentucky)
	<li>Freight: Touch freight, delivering palleted office supplies
	<li>Handling: Loading and unloading with a pallet jack
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Delivering freight to various locations, typically 3 to 8 stops nightly
	<li>Ensuring timely and dependable service
	<li>Maintaining professional work attire (boots/sneakers; no flip-flops)
	<li>Using Omni Tracs ELD system for tracking and compliance
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Valid CDL license required</strong>
	<li><strong>2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience</strong>
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
</ul>
