<h2><strong>CDL A Yard Switcher - $23.50/hr - Local - Manchester, TN </strong></h2>
We are currently seeking a dedicated Class A driver. This position offers a starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour with a Sunday - Thursday schedule and some Friday shifts possible, starting at 6 pm.

<h3><strong>Pay & Job Details</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay: </strong>$23.50/hour 
	<li><strong>Schedule: </strong>Sunday - Thursday with Fridays possible
	<li><strong>Start Time: </strong>6pm - 6am Sunday, 10 pm - 6 am Monday - Thursday
	<li><strong>Route: </strong>Local, Yard Switching
	<li><strong>Freight: </strong>Car parts
</ul>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Safely operate equipment
	<li>Transport in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
	<li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
	<li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
	<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
	<li>Meet the physical demands of the role
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid Class A CDL
	<li>1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL driving experience
	<li>Switching experience is a plus
	<li>Strong backing skills
	<li>No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
	<li>Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements
	<li>Strong communication skills
	<li>Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
