CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Allentown, PA (Within 100 Miles)
Paid Training for New Drivers • $1,300-$1,500 Weekly • No-Touch Freight
We're looking for motivated Class A CDL drivers ready to build a steady, long-term career. Whether you just graduated from CDL school or have a few months of experience, we'll give you the structure, training, and support you need to grow into a confident, skilled driver.
Our Mentor Program offers 4-6 weeks of paid, hands-on training with professional drivers who care about setting you up for success. When training is complete, you'll take the wheel on your own dedicated regional route with consistent freight, real miles, and a paycheck you can count on every week.
The Lane
You'll haul 53-ft dry van freight that's 100% no-touch and mostly drop & hook, running 2,000-2,500 miles per week.
Regional coverage includes East Coast routes with drivers typically out 10 days, home 2.
Once you reach 6+ months of experience, you can expect weekly home resets.
Average pay runs $1,300-$1,500 per week, paid weekly through direct deposit, combining CPM and stop pay. Top performers can earn more through bonus miles and out-of-state runs.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL and current medical card.
- No experience required - recent grads encouraged to apply.
- Must live within 100 miles of Allentown, PA.
- Clean MVR and DAC, no serious violations or major incidents.
- Must pass DOT drug screening and meet safety standards.
