TransForce is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for a local port driving position serving Southern California. <strong>This role is ideal for drivers with port experience who hold a valid TWIC card and are comfortable operating manual transmission equipment.</strong>

<h3><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>$29.00 per hour
	<li>Overtime after 40 hours
	<li>Monday–Friday schedule
	<li>4:00 PM start time
	<li>Home daily
</ul>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Transport freight between ports, warehouses, distribution centers, and customer locations
	<li>Safely operate manual transmission tractor-trailers
	<li>Complete vehicle inspections and required paperwork
	<li>Adhere to all DOT, customer, and port regulations
	<li>Deliver excellent customer service
</ul>

<h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>2+ years of experience
	<li>Valid California Class A CDL
	<li><strong>Valid TWIC Card</strong>
	<li><strong>Manual transmission experience required</strong>
	<li>No automatic transmission restriction
	<li>No intrastate-only restriction
	<li>3–6 months of port experience required
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
