This position offers competitive weekly earnings, consistent home time, paid training, and the opportunity to operate new Mack Anthem trucks equipped with modern technology.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

  <li><strong>Starting pay:</strong> $22.75 per hour plus overtime</li>
  <li><strong>Weekly earnings:</strong> $1,500 to $1,800</li>
  <li><strong>Per diem:</strong> $65 when out</li>
  <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday, with start times around 2:00 a.m.</li>
  <li><strong>Hours per week:</strong> 40</li>
  <li><strong>Home time:</strong> Home weekly; drivers are typically out two to three nights per week</li>
  <li><strong>Training:</strong> Paid training lasting two to four weeks, depending on the driver's needs</li>

  <li>Complete required inspections and maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.</li>
  <li>Operate equipment responsibly while following all applicable safety regulations.</li>
  <li>Provide professional service to customers and represent TransForce positively.</li>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>

  <li>Valid CDL A license.</li>
  <li>1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
  <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.</li>
  <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
