<p>TransForce is seeking an experienced <strong>CDL A Flatbed Driver</strong> to support dedicated regional operations based out of <strong>Richmond, CA</strong>. This position offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, early morning start times, and a dedicated route between Richmond, CA and Reno, NV.</p>

<p>This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for steady work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h2><strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li><strong>$300.00 per day</strong> (covers the first 10 hours worked)
	<li><strong>$30.00 per hour for all hours worked after the 10th hour</strong>
	<li><strong>Training Pay:</strong> A separate training rate applies during the training period. Upon successful completion of training, drivers transition to the regular pay structure above.
	<li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday
	<li><strong>Start Time:</strong> 2:00 AM
	<li><strong>Average Workday:</strong> 9–10 hours

	<li>Valid CDL A License
	<li>Minimum <strong>1 year of recent, verifiable CDL A driving experience</strong>
	<li>Flatbed experience preferred
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
	<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background screening, and employment verification
</ul>
