Do you enjoy seeing new things and visiting with new customers every day? Our OTR role is operating throughout the Midwest running freight with a length of haul 350+ miles. In this role, drivers would be out 5 1/2 days.
99.9% No Touch freight
Steady, consistent & predictable customer base
Consistent customer freight, very few brokered loads
Personal Communication - no dispatch hold music
Late model tractors, age of fleet <36 months
53' Dry Vans, no reefers
2,500 - 3,500 miles per week

Salary: $84,000- $100,000
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL required
Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience, 3 years work history
Safe Driving Record
Must have a DOT physical on file, pass substance abuse screening, pre-employment, and random checks.
Ability to work well with other team members.
Good communication skills.
Ability to commit to continuous safety improvement.
Operate according to all state and federal laws.
