Job Title: Equipment Service Technician

Location: Slinger, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (occasional weekend rotation)

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, mechanically inclined Equipment Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will install, repair, and maintain lubrication and fuel systems, support general maintenance, and contribute to a variety of projects across the Midwest. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and traveling for work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain lubrication and fuel systems.
• Perform mechanical inspections and diagnostic tests.
• Repair pumps, meters, tanks, and related equipment.
• Complete daily service reports and paperwork accurately.
• Travel throughout the Midwest, with occasional overnight stays.
• Support other departments and perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or technical training in welding or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Valid CDL driver's license required.
• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with lubrication systems and heavy equipment.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat.
• Regularly lift up to 100 pounds.
