Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for a semi-local dedicated operation offering familiar freight lanes, consistent scheduling, and predictable weekly pay.
Pay
This CDL-A truck driver position offers guaranteed weekly minimums designed to provide dependable income. Drivers earn $1,300 weekly guaranteed minimum pay with a $1,400 weekly guarantee after 12 months. A $500 sign-on bonus is also included.
Home Time
This semi-local operation runs Tuesday-Saturday with guaranteed Sunday-Monday home time every week. Drivers also have 2-3 additional home visits during the week depending on dispatch flow and route timing.
Routes cover 1,800-2,000 miles weekly throughout the Southeast.
Routes
Drivers handle dedicated automotive parts deliveries with 18-23 stops using electric pallet jacks. Consistent regional lanes allow drivers to become familiar with delivery locations and the regular route setup.
Reliable Equipment
Drivers operate 2020 Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmissions, lift gates, collision avoidance systems, and blind spot detection.

Predictable Schedule
Start times typically range between 1 AM-6 AM. Most workdays run 11-13 hours, with some shorter route days around 8 hours depending on freight flow.
