Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation. Our Coldwater Egg Division in Mercer County, Ohio, provides quality table and liquid eggs to consumers near and far. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for OTR Egg Delivery to join our Central Egg Processing team in Coldwater.
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)
SHIFT HOURS: Vary upon travel schedule. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP. This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and once throughout the week!
COMPENSATION: Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6325 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 per border crossing, $25 allowance per run over 500 miles and more.
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

- Safely transporting eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to all biosecurity practices
- Properly disinfecting tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
- Completing daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork
- Complying with e-log regulations
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
- Must have 2 years' driving experience, along with a clean driving record
