AFW has experienced an extreme amount of growth in recent years and our fleet of over 100 trucks is growing even larger. Job Requirements
- No more than 2 moving violations in any motor vehicle in the past 3 years
- No major violations
- No at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam per FMCSA regulations
- No major FMCSA violations
- Clean MVR with no at-fault D.O.T reportable accidents with in the last three year
Job Description
- Great Pay - Steady Miles
- Starting CPM .55-.57 (rate determined by experience).
- Sirius satellite, fridges, and inverters installed on all of our vans.
- Paid orientation
- Most inbound loads drop and hook.
- No-touch freight and loads are pre-planned in advance
- Dogs are allowed as long as the tractor is kept clean and odor-free, no cats
- Stop pay, detention, and layover pay
- Ability to operate Electronic Qualcomm Log System
- Home Time: on 5-7 days; 34-48 hours home weekends not guaranteed.
- 85% of loads are dropped and hook; 98% no-touch freight
- Must be willing to chain up during severe weather
