About the job CDL-A Regional Truck Driver - Entry Level or Experienced
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 1200 - 1400 USD per week
Join a reliability-focused regional fleet operating across the Eastern Seaboard. We specialize in high-efficiency logistics with 100 percent no-touch freight, ensuring you spend your time driving, not loading. This position is open to both seasoned professionals and recent CDL-A graduates seeking a structured career path.
Driver Compensation and PerksEarnings:
- 1200 - 1400 weekly average for experienced drivers
- Entry-Level Path: Paid 4-6 week mentorship program for new graduates (650 per week)
- Sign-on Support: 300 orientation pay plus 15 per additional stop
- Modern Fleet: Access to late-model, well-maintained equipment
- Lifestyle Policies: Pet and rider programs available after training
Operational Schedule
- Distance: Consistent 2500 miles on average per week
- Home Time: Predictable bi-weekly rotations (14 days out / 2 full days home)
- Flexibility: Choice between day and night shift availability

Strict Candidate Requirements
