Tired of long hauls and just want to drive, work with equipment, and be home at the end of the day?
We're looking for CDL Drivers who enjoy the work - not just the driving, but the hands-on side of equipment, problem-solving, and being part of a solid team. If you've got experience with construction or rental equipment, and you're confident driving manual + automatic, this is the kind of role that actually fits.
Business Hours:

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
Interacting with customers on-site (you're the face of the company out there)
Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation
What We're Looking For
Valid Class A CDL (Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.)
Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar)
Strong awareness of load securement and safety practices
Clean driving record
Someone who can handle both the road and the equipment
Why Join Leppo?
Competitive pay & quarterly/annual performance-based bonuses
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance
401(k) with company match
PTO, holidays, parental leave & community time off
Paid training & career development - room to grow into technician or rental roles
Bi-annual apparel allowance & product/service discounts
Wellness incentive bonus & milestone celebrations
A family-like culture where you're valued and supported
