<p>TransForce is hiring <strong>CDL A Yard Jockeys</strong> to support operations in <strong>Marion, Ohio</strong>. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CDL drivers looking for a <strong>home daily</strong> position with consistent overnight hours.</p>

<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>We have two positions available with the following schedules:</p>
<ul>
    <li><strong>10:00 PM – 6:00 AM</strong></li>
    <li><strong>10:30 PM – 6:30 AM</strong></li>
</ul>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>

    <li><strong>$24.00 per hour</strong></li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely move trailers throughout the yard.</li>
    <li>Spot trailers into and out of loading dock doors.</li>
    <li>Couple and uncouple tractors and trailers.</li>
    <li>Chock trailers during loading and unloading operations.</li>
    <li>Pull loaded and empty trailers from dock doors.</li>
    <li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.</li>
    <li>Follow all Penske Logistics, DOT, and safety procedures.</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and dispatch.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.</li>
    <li>Valid CDL Class A License.</li>
    <li>12 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.</li>
    <li>Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one).</li>
    <li>No more than two moving violations or preventable accidents within the past three years.</li>
    <li>Ability to communicate in English in accordance with DOT regulations.</li>
    <li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and licensed in your state of residence.</li>
</ul>
