Competitive Pay & Benefits
 
 
 
Average $1,400 per week ($72,800 per year)
 
Starting pay $0.69 cpm
 
Average 2-3 runs per week: 
 
2 runs per week averaging 1,400 miles (paid for a minimum of 1,600 miles per week) 
 
3 runs per week averaging 2,100 miles 
 
 
 
Average 6-8 stops per week (paid for a minimum of 11 stops per week) 
 
Breakdown, layover and detention pay available 
 
Company sponsored per diem program 
 
 
 
Home Time & Route Details
 
 
Home weekly 
 
First route starts Tuesday and ends by Saturday
 
Additional home time during the week
 
 
 
Running Locations
 
 
Runs from Irving, TX with two to three weekly runs to the Odessa/Midland, TX area
 
Average 700 miles per trip
 
 
 
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
 
 
No tarping required
 
Live customer unload
 
Product is chemicals in totes and drums (palletized) 
 
HazMat and Tanker endorsements, along with a valid passport, are required. Candidates can apply for a passport within 30 days of hire but must obtain it within 120 days.
 
Must apply for TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 30 days of hire and must obtain TWIC within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
 
Must be certified to pull a flatbed (training provided if needed). Previous flatbed experience is a plus.

Must live within a 100-mile radius
 
Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
 
Must be 21 years of age or older
 
Must have Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker
 
Must have a passport or be able to apply for passport within 30 days of hire and obtain within 120 days of hire date

No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years

No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
 
No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
 
 
 Essential functions: 
 
Load freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
 
Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
 
Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs
 
Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
 
Count freight
 
Complete fuel tickets
 
Obtain sales leads
 
Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90 lbs (Class A Only)
 
Perform pre-trip inspections
 
Drive
 
Regular predictable attendance
 
Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
