Must live within 50 miles of Lafayette
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 Years of Age
1 year experience with 6 months verified flatbed in the last 3 years
Must have 6 months securement training including chains and binders
Must have strapping experience
No 
Terminations within the last year
No Felonies in the past 7 years
No more than 2 misdemeanors in the past 7 years
DUI/DWI less than 5 years does not qualify
No Sap drivers
No license revocations or suspensions in the last 12 months related to moving violations
No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents in the past 3 years
No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
No more than 3 moving citations within the past 3 year

Must be able to pass a hair follicle test
