Dimicile: Nashville, TN

Driver Snapshot
• Miles: 2,000-2,400 per week
• Freight: No-touch dry van
• Routes: Southeast regional (no northwest runs)
• Load handling: Drop-and-hook with occasional live unload
Equipment & Fleet Coordination
International LT tractors are assigned based on availability and maintained on scheduled service intervals to support performance across runs. A CDL A driver operates equipment configured for long-haul comfort, with in-cab features designed to support time on the road. Trailer staging is managed to allow for efficient load transitions and reduce wait time at pickup locations.
Route Planning & Dispatch
Freight is routed through established Southeast corridors, supporting continuity between loads while avoiding extended runs into the Northwest. A CDL-A truck driver works within a dispatch system that sequences loads to maintain forward movement throughout the week. Planning focuses on limiting downtime while keeping routes manageable.
Pay & Income Stability
Income is supported by steady mileage and consistent freight volume, with drivers typically earning within the outlined range. Additional earnings may be influenced by mileage-based incentives and dispatch conditions tied to load flow and scheduling. This role fits a Class A CDL driver looking for dependable weekly income.
Benefits & Driver Support
Drivers have access to medical coverage, retirement planning options with company participation, and paid time off. Additional programs include a pet-friendly policy without breed or weight limits and a paid orientation that covers travel, lodging, and meals. The structure allows a CDL-A truck driver to stay focused on driving while onboarding and coordination are handled by support teams.
