<p><strong>CDL A Drivers – Combo Lane (Split Sleeper) | $30/hr | Palmdale, CA</strong></p>

<p>TransForce is seeking <strong>CDL A drivers</strong> to support combo lane operations based out of Palmdale, CA. This position offers consistent work, competitive hourly pay, and a structured schedule for drivers comfortable with a split sleeper berth operation.<br>
<br>
<strong>Pay & Schedule</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $30.00 per hour
	<li><strong>Shift Structure:</strong> Split sleeper berth schedule 4 days on one week / 3 the next week
	<li><strong>Estimated On-Duty Time:</strong> Up to 14 hours per day
	<li><strong>Work Cycle:</strong> 3–4 days on-site (drivers remain in sleeper during shift cycles)
</ul>

<h3><strong>Route Details</strong></h3>

<p>Drivers will run <strong>two local/regional loads per shift</strong> with scheduled off-duty periods in between:</p>

<ul>
	<li><strong>1st Load</strong>

	<ul>
		<li>Start: 4:00 PM
		<li>Return: 10:00 PM
		<li>Total: 6 hours
	</ul>
	
	<li><strong>Off Duty (Sleeper Berth):</strong> 2 hours
	<li><strong>2nd Load</strong>
	<ul>
		<li>Start: 12:00 AM
		<li>Return: 6:00 AM
		<li>Total: 6 hours
	</ul>
	
</ul>

<h3><strong>Position Overview</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Combo lane operation utilizing split sleeper berth rules
	<li>Drivers will remain on-site in sleeper during work cycle
</ul>

<h3><strong>Equipment</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Sleeper cab tractor
	<li>Well-maintained, late-model equipment
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>

<ul>
	<li>Valid CDL A license
	<li>1+ year of recent, verifiable driving experience
	<li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record
	<li>Ability to safely operate within HOS and split sleeper berth regulations
	<li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
</ul>
