<p>Location: Wichita, TX</p>

<h3>About the Position</h3>
<p>TransForce is seeking established CDL A vacation relief drivers. Operations are based in Wichita, TX. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.</p>

<h3>Pay &amp; Schedule Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Pay: $100,000 per year, per driver, plus annual Safety Bonus</li>
    <li>Schedule: No set schedule. OTR (Home Weekly)</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Details</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Route Type: OTR</li>
    <li>Freight: No Touch</li>
    <li>Equipment: Dry van or flatbed</li>
</ul>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Safely operate flatbed or dry vans on OTR routes</li>
    <li>Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards</li>
    <li>Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections</li>
    <li>Maintain accurate logs and paperwork</li>
    <li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations</li>
</ul>

<h3>Minimum Requirements</h3>
<ul>
    <li>Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience</li>
    <li>License: CDL A</li>
    <li>Equipment Experience: Flatbed or dry van</li>
    <li>Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)</li>
    <li>Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements</li>
</ul>
