Solo OTR Position

Driver Mentor Opportunity
Experienced drivers interested in training new CDL holders may choose the Mentor program.
Mentors typically spend approximately 
11 days OTR
 with each student, including an observation day followed by qualifying training days. Mentors receive priority mileage opportunities and additional compensation while training.
Mentor Compensation:
Base pay: 
$0.45-$0.55 CPM
, based on experience
Additional 
$0.10 CPM
 while mentoring
Up to 
$0.10 CPM
 additional productivity pay
Additional bonus opportunities may apply
Mentors may take home time or return to solo driving between students.
New CDL Holders
Recently earned your Class A CDL? Training opportunities are available.
New drivers complete initial training followed by OTR training with an experienced mentor. Drivers with less than three months of qualifying experience start at 
$0.35 CPM
 while building their first three months of experience.
After reaching three months of qualifying experience, drivers may transition to the experienced solo pay range of 
$0.45-$0.55 CPM
, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Must live within 
90 miles of Kissimmee, FL
Must be at least 21 years old
Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need at least 
3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Must meet DOT and company qualification requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
